Blind plate (blinddisk) is called flange cover, some are also called blind flange. It is a flange without holes in the middle, used to seal the pipe mouth. Blind board from the appearance, generally divided into plate plate plate blind board ,8-word blind board, insert board, and pad ring (insert board and pad ring blind to each other). There are many kinds of sealing surfaces, such as plane, convex surface, concave and convex surface, tenon groove surface and ring connection surface. Production process
Generally divided into four types: forging, casting, medium plate cutting, casting. Among them forging product price is highest, medium plate is second, cast forging is lowest. And casting is the most secondary process. And the quality is forging and medium plate good, casting and forging should be slightly worse.
